We went to see Alle Farben on the beach and found a great restaurant practically next door where we could still hear the music. Vogelpark Niendorf is the best bird park we have ever been to, and my husband is a bird enthusiast!

A nice little seaside resort with all the service you can expect for such a location. If you are looking for a nice little town with lots of restaurants in different price levels and close to the beach then this is a good place to look.

You can easily walk around the town and if you are tired of sunbathing at the beach you can stroll down the pedestrian streets with all kinds of shops.

Be aware, though, that you will not be alone on the beach nor anywhere else - this place is very popular with tourists, especially from other parts of Germany.
